Our turning and milling machines can hold tolerances of +/- 0.0005”.

In addition to our precision CNC turning and CNC milling centers, we leverage advanced machining technology to do complex turning and milling work complete in one setup. Our 10-axis multi-tasking machining centers are equipped with two spindles, two turrets, automatic unloading capabilities, and 12-foot bar feeders.

This technology eliminates the problems that arise from multiple setups, helping you meet your quality and precision requirements. It also enables us to support production orders of up to 60,000, even on complex parts.

In both our turning and milling operations we leverage 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC machining centers with live tooling to give us maximum flexibility in the operations we can handle.
